1. Shipping Rates & Estimates

We offer free standard shipping on all orders across the United Kingdom. There are no hidden delivery charges: the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Standard Shipping: Orders typically arrive within 5-8 business days after processing.
Free Shipping: free standard delivery on every UK order

2. Order Cut-Off Time

Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (GMT), Monday through Friday.

Orders placed before 5:00 PM will begin processing on the same business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

3. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

4. Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

5. Shipping Addresses

Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Norfloor is not responsible for orders that are undeliverable due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
