What materials do you use?
Our pieces are crafted in 18k gold, rose gold or rhodium plating over durable, hypoallergenic bases, alongside sterling silver, freshwater pearls and hand-set stones. All pieces are nickel-safe.
Is your jewellery waterproof?
Our jewellery is made for daily wear and resists tarnishing. To keep it at its best, we recommend removing pieces before swimming, showering and exercise, and storing them dry.
How long does delivery take?
UK orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days and typically arrive in 2-4 business days. Delivery is free on orders over 50 GBP.
What is your returns policy?
We offer a 30-day return window on unworn items in their original packaging. Personalised pieces, such as name necklaces, are made to order and can only be returned if faulty.
How do I find my ring size?
Each ring page includes a size guide. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up. Our adjustable and open styles fit most.
Do you offer gift packaging?
Every order arrives in our signature gift-ready packaging at no extra cost.
How do I care for my jewellery?
Wipe gently with a soft cloth after wear, avoid perfume and lotions on the piece, and store it in the pouch provided.
