Returns
We want you to love your jewellery. If you are not completely happy, you can return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
To start a return, email contact@norfloor.uk with your order number. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of the item arriving back with us.
Personalised items, such as name necklaces, are made to order and can only be returned if faulty. For hygiene reasons, earrings can only be returned unworn with the seal intact.
