Free standard shipping on every UK order. Orders are processed and dispatched from the United Kingdom within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday), with a daily cut-off of 5:00pm GMT.
Delivery then takes a further 5-7 business days, so your order typically arrives within 6-10 business days in total. We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only. You will receive tracking details by email as soon as your order ships.
Returns & Refunds
You can return any item within 60 days of delivery, whether it was not quite right or you simply changed your mind. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
Returns are free: a prepaid return label is already included in your package, so sending your item back costs you nothing. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
